Do you sell online only?

We are a family jewellery business, established in 1990, and located in Cracow, Poland. We currently have one location. Instead of expanding to multiple branch locations, we decided to offer our products online. This enables us to keep our overhead expenses at a low level, which translates into reduced prices for our customers.

Our goal is to offer high quality products at the lowest possible price to our customers. To date we have sold thousands of products online and our customers have been very satisfied with the level of product quality, prices, and service.

What is your Quality Control Process?

Because of our precisely controlled production process and our careful selection of our trading partners, workmanship errors or defects occur very seldom. So far, less than 0.5 % of our products required any amendments. 

All the products bought in our store are serviced in our own workshop. That allows to significantly reduce the time of potential repairs. Because of that, we have the possibility of constant monitoring the quality of particular articles and can make modifications and improvements that prevent repeating errors. 

 

We spare no effort to provide you with the best quality products. In the last stage of the production process, each and every item is carefully inspected according to the order's specifications and our high quality standards. We also inspect every item very carefully before it is packed and shipped.

 

Is there a guarantee for your products?

We provide you a 2 year guarantee on every item that leaves our store, including the quality and the workmanship solidity. If there is a defect, we will either repair or replace the item free of charge but we will not assume responsibility for defects that relate to accidental damage, neglect or misuse.
Additionally, we offer you a free ring size correction within one month of the receipt of delivery, if needed.

How can I order products from your store?

We offer you different possibilities to order products from our store. The most common is ordering on our internet site. What should I do to confirm my money transfer?

If your chosen payment method is international bank transfer you can speed up the confirmation process by sending us the copy of the transfer by email @: info@diamonds-wec.eu or by fax: +48 (12) 65 11 463.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can make changes in the order up until the time the order completion phase starts. This includes a cancellation of the order. After the order completion phase has begun, changes or cancellation requests may or may not be granted. Each request will be handled on a case by case basis. However, it is our goal to honour your request to the best of our ability.

Can I return purchased products?

You have 10 days of the receipt of delivery to decide if the product fulfils your expectations. If not, send the product back within the 10 day period.
To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition, including the original packaging and documentation. Remember to attach the "Return of product" space filled. 

If the product qualifies for a refund, we will reimburse the entire amount you paid, directly to the bank account from which the money was transferred or refund to your credit card.

 

There are some exceptions as wedding rings and some products are custom made to order where there is no possibility for return.

Are there any additional costs to the listed product prices? 

All the prices in our store are gross prices. That means that the pice you pay for the selected product is exactly what is listed.
The only possibility for an added cost is an engraving charge. Some products have an engraving option and the engraving price is indicated when you select that option.
When you checkout in your shopping cart the engraving cost will be added to your purchase if selected.

Can I order by COD (Cash on Delivery System)?

We do not accept payment by way of the COD system. It is possible to pay the entire amount or to make a down-payment. The order completion process starts when the entire amount of the purchase is received in our account, or we receive bank transfer payment confirmation by fax or email.

 

How much will I be charged for product delivery?

Our customers only pay a portion of the delivery costs. We pay the rest.

 

The Postage and Packaging costs depend on the country to which the parcel is destined.

 

We ship our parcels via UPS. The insurance is included. See the delivery cost HERE.

Can the realisation time given in the product description change?

The product realization time that is needed to prepare a specific article (if it is not available in the shop) is given next to every product. It means that the realisation time can sometimes be shortened. If time matters to you, send an inquiry about availability of a particular model and size - we will answer you immediately.    

 

... and why the realisation time is so long?

Our jewellery is not mass produced. Most of our products are made individually.

Some of our products require a higher expenditure of work or making single elements in special conditions and using complicated technology. That is the reason why in some cases the time required for the production and hallmarking process can be as long as 28 days.   

 

Contrary to appearances, the production of high quality jewellery is a difficult and complex process!
