Internet Store's Policies
- The internet store http://www.diamonds-wec.eu is run by WEC-Twoj Jubiler* Grzegorz Wec and Artur Wec; the entry in the Business Activity Records managed by the President of the City of Cracow number 65477 and 65478. The Taxpayer Identification Number (Polish NIP) is PL679-25-92-107; the REGON number (National Official Business Register) is 357098360, the address:ul. Kurczaba 3, 30-868 Krakow, Polska**.

- The producer names and trademarks belong to its owners and are presented on the site solely for information reasons.
- The competent law court for any litigation which could arise from the contract is the competent law court of the defendant's seat or of the place of contract completion.
Order placement
- The WEC online store sells products through the Internet.
- Orders are accepted on the Internet site, on the phone, by email or by fax.
- Postage & Packaging cost is added to every order.
- After the order placement the client receives the confirmation. The order completion phase starts. The order completion phase begins only after a complete, correct order form and payment is received.
- We will accept two forms of payment. Bank transfer and credit card (PayPal) transactions of following forms:
1) Payment in full by international bank transfer 2) Payment in full by PayPal 3) Satisfactory down payment with the balance due prior to shipment (contact me to discuss) In the case of a bank transfer, we will begin the order completion process when we receive confirmation of the transaction by fax or email. For credit card orders we will begin order completion process at the time you reeive card authorisation.

We will not begin to fill the order untill we are satisfied that all order form information is accurate. We do this for the protection of our customers. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day.
- We issue a VAT invoice on every product. The invoice is issued at the time when all the products ordered by the client are complete and ready to be shipped.
- The client can make changes in the order up until the time the order completion phase starts. This includes a cancellation of the order. After the order completion phase has begun, changes or cancellation requests may or may not be granted. Each request will be handled on a case by case basis. However, it is our goal to honour our customers request to the best of our ability.
- All prices are expressed in Great Britain pounds and include VAT. The price of every product is binding from the time of the order placement and does not change even in the case of product price increases.
- The store reserves the right to change prices, add new products, or make changes to, or cancel promotions on the internet site at any time.
Order Completion Phase (OCP)
- Every product has its Product Realisation Time (PRT). This is the time it takes to produce or prepare the ordered product item. The PRT varies by product.
- Only business working days are counted.
- After receiving a correct and accurate order form and payment from the customer, the OCP begins.
- The Order Completion Time (OCP) is: the PRT + the Delivery Time.
- The Delivery Time varies according to the customer's location.
- Parcels are shiped via UPS.
Complaints and returns

All products available in our store are provided with the guarantee of the WEC-Your Jeweller Company.

After the customer receives the product, if he/she finds any defect, should send it back to the store's address within 10 days of delivery receipt. All complaints are investigated within 2 working days from the time of the complaint or return. Defective products will be repaired or exchanged. If the repair is not possible the store will refund the value of the product's price or offer the customer other available items to choose from. More information about jewellery repairs. Important! a) The store does not accept any shipment of COD (cash on delivery) parcels b) A copy of the invoice should be returned with the Complaint box completed and enclosed in the product's packge.

According to the Law of Consumer’s Rights Protection (2nd March 2000) the client can return the bought product within 10 days of receipt. Exceptions: all wedding rings, custom-made items* * e.g. engravings to order made, atypical precious stone framed, rings made in non-standard sizes etc.

If the return is within 10 days we ensure the client the reimbursement of the paid amount by a bank transfer on the: - client's account - in the case of a bank transfer payment - credit card account - in the case of a credit card payment

To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition, including the original packaging and documentation. The invoice with the Return box completed should be enclosed in the product's package.

The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. More about returns. In case of an engraved product return, we charge the client for the inscription removing.

Custom made product orders are non-returnable unless there is a defect.
Personal data protection
- We are obliged to provide the security of personal data according to the “Personal Data Protection Law” (29th of August 1997) of Poland.
- All obtained data is confidential. Under no circumstances and in no form will personal data be revealed to any other person or legal entity (according to the law mentioned).
- According to that law our customers have the right to look into, change and request to abandon using their data for not connected to realization of their order purposes.
