The Copyright Law

• The copyright law of all the texts placed on the internet site belong to the authors or the WEC-Your Jeweller company.
• Photos placed on the internet site belong to the WEC-Your Jeweller company. Some of them are the property of the producers and were used for information purposes - this information is included in the product descriptions.
• Trade marks are the property of the producers - were used on the website for information purposes.
• The entire content of the web site is protected (according to the Polish law and the international copyright law).
• All the mechanisms and software used on these sites are the property of the WEC-Your Jeweller company or are  used under licence and are protected (according to the copyright and other law). 
• The information about precious stones was elaborated on the basis of the materials written by prof.dr.hab. Wiesław Heflik and dr. inż. Lucyna Natkaniec-Nowak on the basis of a separate contract. 
• There can be granted a restricted, cancellable and nonexclusive right to make a link to our store's website unless the WEC-Your Jeweller company, the cooperative companies, our products and services are presented in a bad light or in a misleading/ humiliating/ false way.
