Product Substitutions

It is possible to make substitutions to existing product designs. For example it is possible to change the type of stone, the size of a stone, gold colour etc to an existing design.

Any substitutions could result in a price change.

Important:

• In order to make substitutions, the order Commentary Section must be filled out in detail, explaining your request.
• Substitutions (excluding gold colour change!) are considered custom orders. The 2 year product guarantee still applies but you cannot return the item!

• A product's realisation time can differ from the original one depending on the item and the type of substitution.

Remember:

• If the substitution concerns only the colour of gold (e.g. yellow to white or white to yellow) the price will not change.
  You can return such product as well as it is not concerned as a custom order.
