Delivery information

If you order jewellery in WEC – Your Jeweller online store, the parcel will be delivered to the address you indicate.

Order completion

The estimated time of production (product realisation time) for each product is listed on the product description page. We count only business working days, excluding public and national holidays.

If the product realisation time is e.g. 14 days, we count these 14 days from the date of the order confirmation:

a) In the case of a bank transfer - after the payment, down payment or bank transfer confirmation is received. Bank transfer confirmation can be sent by fax or email. 

b) In the case of the PayPall payment - at the time we receive card authorization.

Delivery of order

Unless arranged otherwise, all our orders are shipped by UPS (United Parcel Service). Our local UPS courrier picks up packages everyday, Monday - Friday after 4p.m. Parcels are delivered at the address indicated by the client.

Delivery times/cost

All parcels are insured. Guaranteed delivery time depends on the place of destination and is counted from the date of shipment (only working days are counted). Moreover it is possible to track your parcel by typing the reference number (tracking number) at the address: http://www.ups.com/WebTracking/track?loc=en_GB. After your order is picked up by the UPS courrier our system automatically generates an email for you including the reference number and the approximate delivery time.

Terms and conditions

• Parcels are delivered during the day.

• If the courier does not find anybody at the indicated address, he notifies 3 times of the parcel's arrival before he transfers it back to the sender (WEC-Your Jeweller in this case).
  
• There is no possibility to ask the courier to deliver the parcel at exact time. If you think that you will not be able to collect the parcel, you can use another delivery address, e.g. work etc...

• After sending of the parcel, yopu will receive an e-mail with the tracking number of the parcel and a link to the UPS's website and the Customer Service number.

Guarantee of parcel delivery

In order to ensure the security of dispatched parcels, we send them mainly via UPS. Every package dispatched via UPS is monitored and insured for the entire value. So, in the case of an accident, damage or theft, the total value of the parcel is reimbursed. Your order will then be replaced as quickly as possible.

Parcel collection

There are no labels/logos of the WEC Jeweller on the parcels in order to avoid information about the parcel's content and value. In the space intended for the sender there is written only:

• Parcel can be collected by a family member who lives at the indicated address.

• We can send your package anywhere you wish (e.g. work, friend, family) - if the product is a gift.
  It is possible to pick up the parcel from the UPS depot if there has been one failed delivery attempt.

• You can always give us a comment in the space Comments To Order that you want to receive the parcel after a certain DATE. In sthis case we will hold the delivery even if the product is ready, so that the parcel will be delivered according to your request.
